InstrunctionsHow to use the Capsaicin Heat PatchHow to Activate the Patch Once the patch is applied, simply moving about your day whilst wearing a patch will be enough to activate the benefits.The warmth appear within 20-50 minutes. Wear the pad for at least two hours (6-8 is best) and you will find the patch heats up throughout the day, especially as you move. If it get’s too hot, take it off. The pad may not activate if you apply it and remain perfectly still, if there is no reaction after 45 minutes, consider opening the skin’s pores through moving about a bit or applying very gentle pressure over the area.How to Apply The patch is extremely sticky, so plan where and how you will apply it before removing the backing, being careful that the pad does not fold and stick to itself.Wash the area with soap and water and dry it carefully Pull down HALF of the protective cover on the back of the patch – exposing only half of the sticky side prevents the patch from folding and sticking to itself Apply the patch in the correct place, removing the other half of the cover as you gently press it down You can increase the function of the patch if you open the pores on your skin with physical activity/sweating Remove the patch after 8 hours at the latest Do not use more than 3 patches per day for a maximum of 7 days Be sure to read the Important Information & Warnings section on this page before applying the patchWarningsDo not use for skin diseases, skin injuries or skin damage Do not use on skin which cannot sense heat or cold sensation Do not use if you are allergic to Capsaicin or other components of the product In rare cases, it is possible to have an allergic reaction, causing skin irritation, itching or a rash.
