Yes it is , the poe ports are automatically dectected the devices, if you use poe devices, it will supply the power, if non devices, there will be no power , just network transmit. if you don’t use poe function, it will work like normal switch. The description says rack mountable. Does it come with rack mount ears? Yes. It comes with a set of rack mount ears. Does it support 24V passive PoE? NO. It is a standard PoE switch supporting 48V PoE devices. Non-standard 24V passive PoE is not supported. Can these poe switches work with ubiquiti devices? If your ubiquiti device supports standard 48V POE devices then it will work together.
